I contacted Residential Facelift for window replacement at my parents’ home in Alabama, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. I had been calling around trying to find someone trustworthy, and they were the only company that really took the time to explain the different window options and what would work best for an older home. They came out on time, gave a very clear estimate, and didn’t try to upsell anything. The crew that did the installation was professional, respectful, and worked efficiently. The new windows look great and have already made a noticeable difference — they seal properly, open and close smoothly, and the house just feels more comfortable. It’s hard to find reliable window replacement companies these days, but Residential Facelift really stands out. If you need window installation or window repairs anywhere in Alabama, I definitely recommend giving them a call.

I was searching the Web for someone to repair/replace a sheet of siding that had fallen from our back porch overhang. Everyone I called said that they "did NOT work small jobs" such as mine. So I called Residential Facelift and spoke with Robert, the owner. He quoted me his standard service rate and reduced the charges for the repair by more than 50% after the work was completed. Robert asked me to call him back if there were any further issues with the repair. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE...
